EMERGENCY FOREST RESTORATION

USDA Farm Service Agency's (FSA) Emergency Forest Restoration Program (EFRP) provides payments to eligible owners of nonindustrial private forest (NIPF) land in order to carry out emergency measures to restore land damaged by a natural disaster.

Aerial Forest Health Survey

Attached is a summary of my first week's observations as part of my role in the 2012 Colorado aerial forest health survey.  I realize that this report is somewhat longer than my previous year's reports but it seems as though there is a lot more going on this year.
